• Social Housing project in new communities with the cooperation of New Urban Communities Authority.
• MIVIDA Community Club House – New Cairo, Egypt Project - EMAAR MISR (Evaluation of the project to Obtain the Green Pyramid GPRS)
• Florenta Project (Evaluation of the project to Obtain the Green Pyramid GPRS)
• National construction of Outstanding school project (Development of Quality plan and follow-up of the project and prepare monthly reports)
• National construction projects (Elzaher Elsahrawi) in Egypt
• National construction projects (Ebni Betak) in Egypt
• Technical inspection and document studies of some natural reserves projects affiliated to the Environmental Affairs Agency.
• An economic feasibility study to complete the consolidation, demolition or re-exploit the land for 23 low-cost housing buildings in the sixth district.

2. Solid Waste Management
• Management and recycling of solid wastes project in Sadat City.
• Management and recycling of demolition and construction waste project in New Cairo with the cooperation of New Urban Communities Authority.
• Updating Egyptian standards to encourage the use of recycled Construction and Demolition (C&D) Waste in manufacturing construction materials & Products.
• Developing Action Plan for implementing Construction and Demolition Waste Management National Strategy in Egypt.
• CDW Quantification, Characterization & composition in 4 governorates (Kafr-ElSheikh, Gharbeya, Quena, and Assiut) in Egypt.
• Assessment of several crushers and issuance reports concerning recommendations for operation and maintenance, for a period of 3 years with the company that supplied the crusher through coordination with the Armed Forces Engineering Authority.

3. Project Management Office (PMO) Development
• Develop evaluation and follow-up mechanisms and Criteria for evaluating contractors working in different sectors.
• Evaluation of completed and ongoing projects

4. Develop organization structure of HBRC,
• Modification of current organization structure
• Develop new roles and responsibilities to HBRC departments according to the modified organization structure.
