It specializes in research patents through five units (heat unit - lighting unit - fire unit - aerodynamics unit and acoustics unit), including design purposes to achieve heat, light and sound away from the climatic conditions in Egypt. The institute also plays an important role in achieving efficient energy in the residential complex in Egypt. It also includes the Institute of Thermal, Light and Acoustic Building Materials, the Alliance Championship, and the celebration of eliminating water leakage.
