It includes serving beneficiaries from inside and outside the center through bibliographic lists - automatic search - photocopying service of books, theses and conferences, copying C.D’s and scanning service.
Detailed as follows:-

• Viewing service:
The library provides viewing service to all beneficiaries, whether from inside or outside the center.

• Beneficiary services:
The library responds to the inquiries of beneficiaries, whether from inside or outside the center, according to scientific methods regarding research strategies through the external automated program (Win/Isis) and the library program (Librarian A) or through printed collectibles lists according to its branch.

• Beneficiary services on the web:

- hbrc is written in the user name field
- Write library in the password field
• Current information:
The library informs beneficiaries on a regular basis of newly received collectibles by entering all data on the center’s Internet network and issuing a monthly bulletin concerning scientific institutes.
• Services pertaining scientific departments:
The library always seeks to meet all the needs of the center’s researchers from various information sources, whether printed or electronic, through subscription or purchase from local and international publishing companies.

• Photocopying services:
- The library provides photocopying services to beneficiaries with the aim of facilitating the availability of information.
- Color photo printing service via scanner.
- Data copying service (conferences, maps, ...) onto magnetic discs (CD, DVD).
