-Researching sustainable green tourism facilities - An approach to evaluating tourism facilities in Egypt using the principles and standards of the Green Pyramid System. 

-Study & analysis of closed residential communities in Greater Cairo and the new cities around it. 

- Studying patterns of community-oriented activities in Historic Cairo, World Heritage Center - United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).

-Preparing the general and detailed strategic plan for the city of “Dekernes” in Dakahlia Governorate, the General Authority for Urban Planning, the Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Development in 2014.

-Preparing urban space studies for estates, hamlets, and villages at the republic level, Fayoum Governorate, the General Authority for Urban Planning, the Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Development in 2014.

  -A study of rehousing areas after a period of occupancy: a case study of Al-Barajil housing 2015-2016. 

The Build Your Home project evaluation study 2012-2014 is a study that monitors the experience from the beginning and during its development, planning and delivery until the construction and development stages. The study was evaluated by a scientific committee, and the Ministry of Housing used it when evaluating social housing projects. -Legislation and laws regulating the housing and construction sector in Arab countries, in cooperation with, the housing sector and facilities in the Ministry of Housing, Utilities and New Urban Communities in Egypt, and the Council of Arab Ministers of Housing and Development. It is a study that began in 2019 and was completed in August 2021 and was presented to the Executive Council of the Council of Arab Ministers of Housing and Development in October 2012. 

- A research study entitled “Sustainable development methods for deteriorating government housing projects located within the scope of slum areas - challenges and possibilities,” which was presented to the Center’s Board of Directors in April 2021 to obtain approval and funding to begin the study.

 - Preparing and implementing an applied research project proposal in the field of: “Accelerating zero-emission building sector ambitions in the MENA Region-BUILD_ME 2022

Participation in an international research team at the University of Adelaide, Australia, to prepare an applied study on ways to activate the construction sector after the global pandemic - a comparative study between 4 countries.
